great value in a prime location
The hotel is perfectly situated, a mere 2-minute walk from the beach. The staff were warm and friendly, making our stay feel relaxing. The pool area had ample sunbeds, and the drinks were reasonably priced. Our room was spacious with a nice balcony view.
The check-in process took longer than expected, with around 40 minutes at the desk, which could be frustrating after a long journey. The bathroom showed some signs of wear and wasn't as clean as hoped.

Check-in took an eternity with unnecessary paperwork!!! The pool area was far too small and crowded for relaxation!!! Needs improvement in bathroom cleanliness and outdated facilities!!!

The hotel had interesting decorations that made the common areas feel lively. I enjoyed the spacious Junior Suite with a balcony, where I could relax and enjoy the views. The check-in process took a bit longer than I'd hoped, but the pool area was spacious with plenty of sunbeds available, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Cala Millor. Being so close to the beach was a definite plus, as it took only a short stroll to get there.

The Junior Suite with Balcony offered a fantastic sea view and was cleaned daily, making it an enjoyable retreat. Drinks and snacks were reasonably priced, allowing for a more relaxed experience by the pool with ample sunbeds available.
The check-in process was painfully slow, taking around 40 minutes, which is frustrating when you're just looking to drop your bags and unwind. The soundproofing between rooms is lacking, leading to disturbances from neighbors, whether it’s snoring or alarms going off. some areas of the bathroom showed signs of wear that were less than ideal, and there were hiccups with getting clean linens promptly, which detracted from comfort.

Our group had a blast! The outdoor pool was perfect for sunbathing, and we enjoyed playing table tennis. The staff were super friendly, and the evening entertainment was fun with live shows. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the beach and shops. Would recommend for a laid-back getaway!
We experienced a bit of noise from the neighboring hotel, which was occasionally distracting during the evenings.

A commendable fit for getting around the area in Cala Millor with great value for money. The room I had was spacious, and I enjoyed having a pleasant balcony overlooking a quiet street. Try to grab a room on a higher floor for a better view.
